Too much micromanagement these days.

Stress too much avutundi eeicromanagement valla. IT sucks man.

IT divisions in most US companies are being led by Indian managers these days and so the micromanagement. 

I escaped the witch companies a decade ago. Moved to an American company. Our company was recently purchased by a big bank and all the IT leaders in this new parent company is all Indians.. Too much micromanagement.. 

even If i go out of office for 30 minutes, i need to let them know anta.. They dont see if the work is being done or not.. what they want to see is if I'm in front of the system for 9 hours per day or not. 

My earlier American managers won't care as long as I'm doing my work and available when needed.

Exactly man… in my team all are americans including manager and i am the only desi. They don’t care whether you are at the system or not as long as work is done. No chillara politics.

politics will be there irregardless . Tellodu aadithey asalu yem jarigindo kuda artham kaadu. Desis do politics but it would too obvious and chillar.

last 7 years. Haven’t seen any. Work life is really peaceful.
