He is trying now to move out but planning to clear the chargesheet.

Settling is correct I agree on this part.

You know what court doesnt even punish a woman for filing false 498. Guess you never faced mowa "basic proofs lekunda police case cheyaru ipudu" proofs court ku kavali polis ku kadu all polis in city run this as a business. Na ex vala cousin nenu still friends he attends court for these cases constabl atan. 

Settle chesukokapote court ki vestunnar polis mowalu, but before that a lot of drama will happen but in the end 498 is used for money minting and ego satisfaction. So tldr even for settlement have a lawyer beside you else teliyani rules chepi laksa varaku mingutaru. 

 

I just wanna repeat this, Best way out from this unjust sh** case is settlement.

mostly settle for financially either through elders or in police station or in court.

I am getting my case settled for 1cr and getting divorce in next month ( april)

let me know what stage your friend is in...

it wont go out of magistrate court in your city. it wont come to hearing for 3 years atleast. finally someone settle either reducing demands or ready to fullfil financial demands of wife.

 

Police cases book chestunnaru. first police station ki pilustaru. then advice to settle between family members. adi avvakapote they file and court ki ichestharu.

then court lo years patu tiragali. trail daka asala cases vellavu avi false ayite

finally they settle in court if its not settled before.

real cases trail varaku velthayi years time pattina. but false cases end up settle for money.

my case is just settled for 1cr.

demanded 2cr but after 5 years of struggle , settling for 1cr.

during this time I stayed in India until MOU signed for divorce and money settlement through court.

DD presented in front of judge and filed " not pressing charges" for all false cases filed.

court lo file avvanantha varaku you can travel. even after that lawyer tho vakalat vesi, counter file chesi, year ki okasari hearing ki velthe chalu. trail ki ravadaniki easy ga 3 years padutundi

 

ee lopu US lo money save chesi. settle at the end or fight for justice for a life.
