EMPLOYMENT-based categories: Very little to no forward movement is expected in the coming months since the final action dates for many categories advanced for April 2024

apart from India, ROW dates kuda moved ahead for eb2 n eb3
so no more major movements for rest of the year

we need to wait for Oct 2024 VB for further movement 

Feb 2013 can be current by next year around this time (best case in eb3) or worst case Oct 2025…eb2 will be much later
