Katy/Fulshear TX lo houses konni choosenu...decent size, nice schools, affordable gaane kanipistunnai...

For a telugu family how is that area...

Maps lo choosthe new houses are atleast 20 mins distance to nearest indian grocery store, restaurants, costco etc.

Family BG: Single income, Middle school age kid. Full remote job.

Reason to move: Family getting sick during winters.

Katy is good don’t go to fulshear, fulshear bad schools and lot of snakes

Lot of telugu families moving to Cypress. Check Bridgeland.

SugarLand is old area where lot of desis/telugu ppl settled in 2012-2016. Katy/Fulshear area lot of telugus moved during Covid. 
Cypress is the latest craze. 

If schools are important then try to stay in South Katy ISD side or CyFair ISD.

When I say telugu don’t expect Dallas level telugu population in these areas.

yeah...ee time lo beaches bhaguntayi. last year was in Sanibel island beaches.....and loved it.
