There is a nothing wrong in working 2 jobs on H1b

ypu have what is called concurrent h1 and you can work legally here 

and for side gigs in India , it is none of the people business here 

you are not supposed to remove worker here but you can work in INdia

5 years back naku okadu alage chesadu...after few years back ma team lo opening vunte I got his resume for screening , I rejected his profile , 7-8 mnths nundi vadu job less with family and kid here naku papam ane kuda anpinchaledhu
