When we were here 14years back no one helped us.. struggled struggled got fired changed consultancies finally settled in one tech with SME position now .. 

bottomline: struggles make u stronger and stronger day by day.

Market very bad Vundi.. em cheyyalemu… but there are some consultancies who put them on project and give basic salary… as route try cheyyu… work nerchukuntadu and slow ga career set avvudddi

Telling them on face is difficult, you have consequences in India... already they are not happy that we didn't get them a job , as of it's easy
