Brace for more lay offs as the financial year end March 31st is approaching..

March 31st is the end of the financial/accounting year for most big companies.. A fresh wave of lay offs have started last week which included companies like Fidelity, CVS, UPS etc..

Stock market is doing well but the job market for IT is cooling off since mid 2023 after the covid over-hiring and is expected to be this way till the end of the year. Have some savings and pray that things will only get better from here on.. 

2025 will be a much better year as interest rate cuts followed by clarity of government policies after election results should see more economic activity..
