SSIS config laga parent child relation tho multiple child proc/ldr jobs call cheyagalam and what is the process.. any links would be helpful ..

if you are using talend management console, you can publish job and create as many tasks as you want (with different context files)

then you can create a plan and have the tasks run in parallel or sequential.

if in studio, you can create one main job and within it you can create multiple subjobs to run in parallel (using tparallelize) or sequential using onsubjobok.

if you want to dynamically create multiple child jobs then it is little advanced on out of my talend usage skills
