old home meedha balance unte debt to income ratio effect untadi so vallu rent ki istharu ani proof unte they can consider new loan

This is bank fraud under section of "Fraudulent loan applications" . The banks can file case against the applicants as well as the people who are involved in it. But chances are less.. No bank want to pursue this in a legal way a big headache for them.

I they know about this they will increase the interest rate upto double, if the parties do not co-operate they will threaten the borrower with legal implications. 

Honestly i would help that guy so that i can have a invisible collar around his neck .
