Not banned, but recorded as victim. 

I didn't think her visa is revoked ( why it would be) and if her name is not in the database she can enter.

 

I'm still surprised she came back... thought she got enough work in India after pandemic and doing well.

They are listed as victims , so their names are not listed. But the indictment clearly show who they are - including their professions, locations and dates ....
