Agreed. Do u think they wont claim properties which u bought in india if its not mutual contest scenario? parents & siblings may be good people. But buying properties on parents name & siblings name assuming it will be urs is risky. Parents peru meedha property koni vallu malli mana peru meedha register chesina future lo niece nephews case vesthey bokkey gaa. we should definitely support parents & siblings when they are in need. We should do whatever it takes to make sure they have decent life. But dont spoil them with free gifts. It applies to own kids as well

How you get your share back among 3 siblings (one girl) Better to keep both separate. At least the property you are buying with your hard earned money should be on your name. Sit with your family and divide the assets properly and register. Then make investments and give control to your parents. The money I make from my investments goes into my dad's account. But properties are on my name. ITs easy for future. And with old age the way our parents think also changes. If someone comes and shows love/affection, they can easily get manipulated.

elev
Thanks all for valuable suggestions. What did I learned. India loo una vallu manani money making machines anukuntaru, they give respect until we send money and invest in India once we stop no once cares. There is no love and all relationships are financial relations

I am my parents hard earn efforts, sacrifice. So my ultimate aim is to show gratitude towards them and make them happy ,joy and peace. I always give money to my dad account only. he is our king, we trust he always make good decisions for us since from childhood. He bought and built homes for us. Some times, we keep suggestions in a family but ultimately my father is decision maker and we always agree to it because I want to make my Dad as a king of our family kingdom. Sometimes he makes mistakes because of social status and pressure still doesn't matter to us, at the end we agree to it. During this process I noticed my kids doing the same thing to me. Are you that tikka child of animal movie?
Genuine11
Yes it is really grateful to show your love towards your parents by giving them what they want. coming to investments you can do, but be prepared for all scenarios like loosing the whole money what you have sent. I sent money to my parents and now it’s 5cr worth but I was prepared to loose all of it the day when I sent to India and I said same to my wife too.
