there is a very thick line between Politicians and Leaders...

A Leader can make things happen..  a politician can do things for his own interest

Well..I partly agree..Not because hes not some one who cannot drive people forward..its because hes too stubborn and hes too optimistic.. Leadership ante only PM CM ayithene kadu kada baa..he built a platform called loksatta and drove the NGO for about a decade..and it was a very successful one..Isnt that leadership..for me yes..I do agree, for a political party, he has not really been effective..
But in the context of this discussion, I wanted to drive home the point tht leadership is not abt having people around u..aa characteristics undali leader avali ante anedi na uddesam..

Believes India is a haven for slow-moving bureaucrats who are insensitive to the needs of business
Predicts a gloomy future for India as an economy
Predicts India's breakup into smaller nation states, torn apart by ethnic and religious strife.
Was dejected by the country's decaying roads and bridges.
Hated the rickety telephone landlines he encountered in India

this guys acts as ambassador for China.. reason.. simple .. he is an investor.. he will invest where he get returns

politics mana desam lo penta ayyindi ani cheppi politicians ki oka definition ichamu..anthe kani it does not signify anything..
infact leadership is not specific to politics baa..every field lo ayina leadership is important..in my view, mana current politicians ki leader ki difference enti ante, politician gives people what they want..but a leader has a vision and considers the common good of people and takes decisions even if it yields bad reputation in the short run..

I mean to say hez not politically a leader...If he wants to reach out to larger population politics anedhi best route anukoni vachadu...Politician has the power to change the lives of people..so u need to have the skills to educate them of facts and drive them... I know its hard kani Jp follow aye pathlo vunna groupe potundhi...I watched couple of his political campaign speeches...his language is much suitable to educated...common people can't make sense of it...So anduke he needs to join a leader who can speak common people language(mean to explain them and motivate them) orelse e pathlo destination is far reachable for him...
