20k y per square meter  ante basically 20,000 rupees per square feet. If you buy a luxury 2k  square feet apartment (i dont think they count common areas in china) it will be 4 crore  rupees.

Big difference is you get a decent sized balcony garden in the sky along with a rooftop big garden shared by all.

Disadvantage - not your own plot of land like villa

advantage - as so many live in a same location you can have lot of facilties within walking distance - tennis courts to swimming pools to multiple restaurants, schools gatra.

So will you prefer ?

adhe lekka vesindhi. Also 1 y = 10 ruppees vesukunna. So 20k y per square meter = 20k rupees per square feet.
