CA lo real ID issue cheyadaniki valid I-797 plus passport not enough anta....passport lo visa stamp kuda undali antunadu....india vellaka pothe visa stamp undadu kada ra ante...then you are not eligible for real ID antunadu 🥵

does anyone else faced this issue?

Adi clear ga requirements lo rasi undi kadanna.. Stamp undali ani..

If you are a lawfully present non-U.S. citizen, acceptable documents include:

• Unexpired foreign passport with valid U.S. Visa and approved I-94 form
• Valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card
• Valid/expired Permanent Resident Card with Notice of Action (I-797 C) or Approval Notice (I-797)
• Valid, unexpired Employment Authorization Document (EAD) Card (I-766) or valid/expired EAD Card with Notice of Action (I-797 C)
• Unexpired foreign passport stamped “Processed for I-551”
• Documents reflecting TPS benefit eligibility.

above statment lo...... "valid U.S. visa" ante passport lo valid visa stamp undali ani aa baa? if so, india ki stamping vellani evaru real ID eligible kadu ga? Also ee rules country wide aa? my friend got his real ID, he lives in Atlanta.... vadu india velli 10+ years ayyindi (so no visa stamp in passport).

yes Valid Visa = Valid Stamping not I797C Approval Notice.

Just got real ID in mail in CA yesterday, it took 2 weeks.

My previous license is not real ID. I didn't have valid visa stamped in passport when I got it. But I still got my previous 5 year license valid until birthday.
