Do you have exoeri nice and place to lease ? Problem is he is not finding a deal with place for  lease ...if you are brand new you cannot enter ..there is lot of commitment and bit of experience required.. he is willing to relocate and take up one of the branch .mid you are running two or three restaurants in the region

No brand anna brand unna restaurants will do good in initial stage but struggling a lot on long run 

I know few people in Edison who does catering and curries for small parties and taste wise vary good
