no body thought of someone using IMF helicopter for election campaign...may be thats why they didnt mention the AIRFORCE, IMF, Military, submarine..etc words in model code of conduct for elections...

so..by using this logic...he can replace bodyguards with military too...great..

again if they do..who is responsible to make sure the Private Agency itself is not threat.?

More over, The chopper might have owned by IAF/Indian Army but may have operated for SPG.

They can use IAF helicopters on security ground only if the concerned party pays for it.
