Hyundai and Kia are known to push inferior engine and transmissions. It's very well documented, they bet on them not failing. hence the 10 yr warranty

if reliability is the major factor, don't look beyond Japanese. There are some good premium hybrids but depends on the budget

yeah I know but I have had my current car for more than 10yrs, and I am not gonna use the next car for 10yrs I will definitely change in 4-5yrs; so reliability is not an issue for me and more importantly they have longer warranties in the market. so I wouldn't keep beyond 100K miles if I were to buy a santafe

at this moment...i am checking every month toyota interest rates...and deals...

grand highlander hybrid got my attention...at the same time researching other models too...
