It’s pretty irritating and though rare, lots of cause for concern. Not worth buying investment properties in blue states esp when mortgage payments are more than rent

In many states you cannot do that. Denial of rights to shelter ani edo sastundi. 

Mass lo aithe you need to get something called TRN to forcefully enter that too after proving that you have send 24/72 hour notices to enter

Well some owners do that, but they will be released soon after that.. but the locks will not be changed back again. Squatters should live outside.. as Case is filed. owner will argue that he has given notice well in advance..
