currently Im paying for premium insurance... Is it worth setting up HSA also?

HSA is good to have. you can pay for your medical bills with pre tax money and also your employer is contributing to. 

HSA money can be invested.

HSA is good for certain age, after that PPO is better. Also it depends on how many times you visit hospital in a year
