he want to keep paying the principle while covering property taxes and insurance expenses with rental money and eventually when the town home becomes 1 mil worth he is going to sell that and enjoy...

Townhomes ki anninti kanna pedda bokka monthly HOA charges, i did check few in Dallas area but backed out due to HOA fees going upto almost 700$ per month.

And townhouses are hard to sell compared to a single family home.
