PROSTITUTION SHOULD BE LEGALISED

I think prostitution should be legalized naku konni ideas unnayi

1) every prostitute should be given a health card with license number
with should record all the health details and should be renewed every month
2) similarly every person who want's to enjoy prostitute should carry a similar health card
3) health card should be issued to women's who are more 18 years only
4) no external influence should be used to make women prostitution as a choice ( oka psychiatrist ne appoint chesi counselling should be given to the women about the risk and benifits
5) if any women who gets sick should be reported immediately to nearest Health care
6) organized files should be carried about the working hours of the women with the person's they are visiting so that voilence can be prevented
7) if any police happens to catch a women performing this act with out health card or else with out registering herself should be sent to women welfare group
advantages of this system is
we will have an approx number of people invovled  , crime rate and illegal trafficking is reduced
we could always conduct regular counselling sessions to the women who are in prostitution ( okka sariga mararu kada so vallani melliga change cheyyali )
