House expenses (mortgage, property taxes, HOA, insurance) should not be more than 30-35% (at max 40%) of your take home salary.. go figure out..

based on your current income your sweet spot is 300k. kaani repati roju income perigithe illu maaralev kada especially when family is in younger stages. 

I would say buy it for 400k and aim for a slightly better job to get to 125k
