East and west godavari lo 50%+ pakka untadi tdp+jsp ki. JSP ke 15-20% voteshare untadi.

That inherent assumption is all Kapus will vote enmasse. It never happened in the past, the closest was during PRP chiranjeevi's time. Even then Congress won 11 seats in East Godavaris where as TDP and PRP got 4 each. This time even Kapus are fed up of PK' theatrics, and they know PK got a wrong bargain in number of seats. Even Kapus those that are beneficiaries of Jagan Schemes are likely to vote for him.

This projection will turn good only if 2014 results get repeated for Baboru. But I'm skeptical about it  Anyways we can see and analyze the results in 2 months.
