Job change after getting GC

Before GC approval accepted a job offer as they said they will file new I-485J, joining date is April 22. Now GC got approved and if I join new company on April 22 will that be a problem in future ? Heard better to stay with current org for 180 days after GC approval.

New and Current job are in same field.

as you already worked for gc company all this while.  there should not be any problem. 

that situation comes into consideration as some people file GC with other company as future employment without working for that company.. thats where problem lies.. as good faith violation
