Overpriced adhi..base price is 1.2 for 4ksqft. Also not assigned to best schools. Just because its toll brothers and in center, there is craze…no views , flatland, small community and no amenities are disadvantages

Mana Texas vaasulu views gurinchi enduku le...atleast for me, if given choice il opt this because it's more practical

 

Inka schools antava....even the better rated ones are erri p schools mana area lo, charter ki pampadame

Parkside lo both Leander ISD and GISD unayi bro .. there are good builders in that community .. 

Perry coventry highland .. pulte and MI rendu koncham cheaper side

People are still buying man, seeing a lot of folks I know who bought a second home in the last 3-4 months and few people who are considering buying a second home, db ki reality ki difference untundi Austin real estate

they have money and are buying bigger better homes,atleast 3k+ sq ft anna untunnayi

park side on the river location pedda bokka anukunta, schools are also not good if you are on the other side of the road and in George Town ISD

Leander ISD unte atleast middle school is good

antha varaku velthe inka Santa Rita ki povachu Liberty hill ani, people with remote ki ade probably ok but area yet to develop

1 mil ki 4k sq ft vasthadi with good builders
