How is NOI calculated in this particular case? Current rents enta, market rents enta? Is there any CapEx involved (like roof, siding , etc.) - This could be very low since recently renovated. Plugin all the numbers in a standard calculator - if cap rate is over 8% the consider it. Ideally 10% cap rate is better. Future lo loan rates taggutayi ani maatram konaddu. No one knows when they will go down. Till then you should be able to survive. SBA loan avasaram ledu.
