Telangana gurinchi cheptunna. Andhra gurinchi teleedu. There are two ways - 1) Manual (postpay); 2) Automatic (prepay)

1) Manual (postpay): Write a letter to GHMC or local municipality with your details that includes your name, address, sale deed, Building Permit Order, and your phone number, requesting the authority to generate property tax. People will show up at your property and take measurements of livable area. They go back to their office and input these details into the same CDMA system used for Automatic (prepay). This is literally for people who want to play safe with reported area and for computer illiterates. As per me, there is no risk with the area you report as long as you follow the measurements on the Building Permit Order. Ee method lo onsite vachinappudu, they typically ask for bribe to under report or just as part of the process. Avineethi ki alavaatu padda bratukulu kada. After they input your details onto the CDMA system, you will get a PTIN number to your registered phone number and a tax due date. Meeseva or same govt office lo katteyochu appudu.

 

2) Automatic (prepay): CDMA website lo self assessment option select chesukuni details fill cheyyali. Nuvvu CDMA loki login ayyetappude nee phone ki code vastundi. You fill in property details and submit pictures of your property. Area, zones, anni correct ga select chesi, building permit order lo vunnattu measurements correct ga add cheste, it will give you a tax due immediately. Ventane katteyali. Appudu ee details local authority ki veltaayi. They then come and verify the property dimensions. If you reported all correctly, there ends the process as you already paid tax. If you did not, they will penalize you upto 250% (if I remember the number correctly). They don't need to interact with you but door kodataru money kosam. Teeyakandi. Mostly vellipotaaru. Kavalani process complete cheyakunda prolong chestaaru. That should not matter to you because you already paid the tax. Kontha mandi kavalani kadhalu padataru money kosam. Alantappudu Commissioner (who is also mostly corrupt), Joint Director, or customer service ki report chesina chaalu. If you want to do good to the country, don't cave in and take this route.

towns ayithe you can pay in AP CDMA website. you need house assessment number. infact i pay using AP CDMA website.
