Parents multiple visit to US in an year

my mother is planning to come for 1 month and return back(can't stay for long) and planning to come again after two months of returning back. Can we make multiple visits with time span difference less than 6months?

Also lets say, if they stay for 5 and half months in a stretch and return to india. Can they come back the next month?

shouldnt be a big issue as long as during POE if they ask why you are coming back so soon, have a good justification.

it all depends on poe officer, staying 6 month and coming back after a month raises red flags as it looks like one, and is not recommended.

there is no right or wrong answer. Pure luck anthe...my mother-in-law stayed here for 6 months and left and came back again after 3 months and she was questioned at POE why coming again ani and warned her not to abuse. 

Ofcourse next time she didnt come to US for more than 1+yr (due to pandemic) and never had any issue later on.
