condos are worst.. neighbors leaks ani nee kompa meda padatai.. 

condos age very limited... you have to pay hefty hoa...

oka 10yrs avagane... special assessment ani 20k-40k vestaru... 

if condo appreciates by x.. house will appreciate by x+30 easy..

Condos lo exterior anthaaa manadhi kadhu. Also, HOA baga ekkuva untadhi....

Edhaina manchi tourist spot lo choodu...AirBNB ki kuda pettochu....rent okkate kakundaaa....

Good suggestion… Florida lanti places ithe lo AirBNB ki work out avthayi. 

Hard to time market correctly but thinking next year could present year good opportunities.

on top of it.. rental cap ani untadi.. only certain percentage of appartments can be rented... you have to wait in line for ur turn

College towns is second priority. Close to a big university. College kids love condos due to the amenities it offers. 
 

but property appreciation and resale value won’t be exponential in accordance with real estate market. Keep that in mind…

Yeah, just stead cash flow kosam Condos ela untayi ani chustunna… otherwise secondary homes in good tourist locations like you suggested will be a good bet.

Condos give rent guarantee ... individual houses not sure. Telling with experience 

Condos can payoff mortgage.

Price increase in a house is dependent on market conditions...sometimes the house price can fall too. 2020 lo investments are very rare.

Also condo needs least maintenance
