Can employer take back salary

Employer gaadu if vendor doesn't give him his payment can he take the money he gave to his employee..also oka vendor gaadu asking my friend to check and follow up with the vendor for payment..edi employee responsibility kaadu kada

He cannot 

can he give back the hours you spent? No right?

unless he has a reason to sue you and get the money back, he cannot get his money back

Also vaadu forcing my friend to call the vendor . I told him that's not employee responsibility..vaadu edo lawyer notice antunndu..i am asking her to go to DOL

He can take money back that the clause you sign when you join, no vendor pay I no pay you ani

I took money back from my consultants and I  make them sign that vendor no pay I no pay you in small clause when they sign paper with which is not visible unless you read all terms and conditions

If mestri employer pays only if vendor pays then 90-10% untundi and payment will be late also. Vendors also 30-45 days delay chestaru.

For 80-20% you need to get paid regularly and its your mestri employer headache to get money from vendor.

Is that the clause in paper work ? Even I pay my opt guy 75K I pay only when I get from vendor
