But yea H1 extension with premium + H4 EAD might speed up processing times

Standalone H4 EAD now a days is taking 6-8 months ani vinna

my wife is on F1(OPT) status and working, naa h1 tho paatu tana change of status to h4 and EAD all together premium process lo cheste 15 days lo anni vastaayaa

My attorney said there is biometrics now for H4 hence they will have a timeline of there own and takes longer time and will not be considered under premium. Is that not true

Good to know I also sent in same packet but attorney was saying it h4 needs biometrics takes longer time so I went regular 

I will upgrade it to premium

H4 BIometric its old concept...now a days not required they removed biometric... you should done it in premium...

Currently biometrics are not needed and I heard it is taking 3-6 months if applying just H4EAD. If trump comes back then same ead renewal will take 1-2 years and biometrics will also be back. Just be prepared for that.

I dont know, mine was FTE, and maa employer gadu did not pay for EAD, he paid for H4 though. I asked the attorney and they said they will.
