Entha manchi coin ayina entha manchi network ainaa it is not as popular as BTC and it has majority corporate investors like Wall street and moreover ETH (120M) has huge supply than BTC(21M) so it would take time to increase price in ETH.

Also, mass people with no crypto knowledge, who wants to invest in crypto then they don't give sh!t about network they are more keen on investing only in BTC and such people account for around 70%  of crypto buyers. ETH may have its day in future but not right now.
