Any one bought cat 6, speakers,security cameras with builder? Is it advise to go with them or hire a electrician & buy our own equipments?

Just do pre wiring with builder later buy equipment 

go for 6+2+1 speakers

Yes make sure you get pre wiring done with the builder. It’s exponentially more expensive once the walls are closed.
