Please mention that it is business glass and not economy glass. They charge a 15$ premium for the business glass service.

Jokes apart, if you are spending on business class, I would always suggest that you do it via the airlines website. Most of the cheap Business class tickets have several riders like least priority while overbooking, no lounge access, baggage limits etc... Cancellation charges, reschedule options etc are all in the fine print. Please read the fine print thoroughly.

from india aithe - soma agents have better rates ani vinnanu. 

Overall airline website is the best. online lo choose deals lo mostly crappy means to buy tickets and without knowing anything abt the website do not book it plz. 

sometimes i book with miles using creating routing and charge a flat fee.
