Can we transfer H1b before oct 1?

this is my friend situation

he is on CPT doing contracting job since 6 years , now client offered full time , Vader H1b pick ayindhi , from desi emp, can he go to premium proecessing now and can he transfer to client ?

client ki teledhu he is on CPT ane , Vendor focused as H1b to client !

Not ideal...usually RFE expect cheyochhu...I don't know how client is going to respond, as they don't know that it is your friend's first H1-B...

naku telisi not possible.. Lottery pick doesnt mean he has approved H1b.

approve ayyaaka .. apudu client can initiate h-1b transfer .. that too after Oct-1-2024.. as his H1b will be activated from Oct-1 only.. appati dhaaka he will be on F1 status

yea approve avkunda nor possible. periodt.  lottey pick document lo clea gaa instructions unyii... you can't change recipiant or employer name when filing for processing

H1 start date Oct-1 kada uncle .. i mean his H1 status becomes active from Oct-1 only .. not before that, eventhough it is approved

IMO you can't before it's approved. Tell client that your PERM is approved and I140 is in process

If you are talking this year only registration lottery is done h1 is not approced yet No I tho k  bro his h1 is not activated until October afaiak

how do you handle this uncle , oka resume cheyali kadha when employee wants to apply for new h1b with client . akkada thelsudhi kadha real experience .
