i thought its Government fund... just like AP CM relief fund....

but its not governemtn fund...its public charity fund with PM....

i dont know…but PMO has said its not govt fund…but pm picture on it…

 

there was another case where one employee went to court for his pm cares payroll deductions …then he got judged as “stone hearted “…..

not sure if it is not govt fund then why payroll deduction..?

PM Cares - is yes not Govt Authority....people can donate to it and claim 100% tax exemption.

A employee case lo... his employer withheld money without the employees concern, and deducted money for PM Cares fund. Anduke case vesadu vadu..

Employer wanted to show case himself as good samaritarian....but it fired back because he did not take consent of employee before deducting

its not about tax exemption….its about time…covid time…

people felt, we need to support india and india people…and donated money…it was advertised as PM CARES….every one thought its GOI…

but now they are saying its not govt authority…and there is no transparency like how people donations helped…or did people donated for good cause or got cheated…

Its covered under Article 12, of Indian OCnstitution and some RTI Act .

I wish they show where the funds have been used will build transperancy as well as PMs image

PM Cares fund not govt fund, asalu Idi GOI fund ani evadu chepindu in the first place ? GOI fund ante it has to be funded by govt, ledu kadu kudaradu Nenu anukunna kabatti GOI fund ae vundali ante adi vere vishayam.
