US lo oka patient ki health baaledhu ani slow n steady process lo diagnose chesaru.....so slow that Specialist deggariki refer cheselopu cancer has spread even more....appudu kaani this is cancer and we need immediate treatment annaru. Agreed, once they detect, entire surgery/treatment process is advance in US....kaani ah initial process is worst....very very slow

Ala ani India lo advance treatment levu ani kaadu.......it is expensive, but you will get all those facilities in India.

Hyd lo big corporate hospitals ki vellu, like AIG etc.....5 star range maintenance untadi. Things have changed there, but common man ki expensive, but you will get world class treatment

India lo medicine is a lot of more affordable and accessible. May be for some rare diseases and special cases US is better but for most of the normal cases, India is 100 times better. India is the number 2 country for medical tourism after Turkey. So many americans travel to India for Dental procedures, hip replacement procedures etc..  Open Heart Surgeries can be scheduled in a day in India, try the same in USA.

India lo expensive anedi boothu. Once in your life time 10 lakhs medical bill is like 12000 USD and most of the middle class people have some kind of insurance coverage in India now a days so even that bill is covered by insurance..

Last India eppudu ellavu bhayya. Hyd lo big hospitals are as good as here and they are way way faster. Ikkada ortho specialist chudali ante 30 days wait antaru. Shoulder MRI/scan ki malli 2 weeks wait. For MRI they are charging $2500 with insurance for me. Flight ticket [sat to sat] koda include chesi hyd elli monday afternoon mri scan chesi cd teesukuni ravachu. Also, akkada specialist ki within that same week lo chupinchukovachu.

yes US lo healthcare expensive but did you read any news of a patient being denied healthcare and he is dead in the ER ??

In India hospitals in small cities doesn't take or look at patient if they have slightest chance that the patient is in life threatening condition. 

andariki Hyd velli chesukune antha feasibility vundadu;  telangana population around 4 crores andariki hyd lo availability ostada;

recent family experience toh cheptunna, emergency lo vunchukoni proper diagonsis cheyakunda intiki pampincharu, then later condition worsened and took to another hospital in different city  where they diagnosed but at the same time 2 doctors in the very same hospital have contradicting opinions on whether to go ahead with surgery or not; inka oddu ley India lo medical care gurinchii entha takkuva matladithe antha manchindii. 

atleast doctors in US has accountability factor; if doctor does things wrong or I feel doctor made a mistake I can sue the heck out of doc and make sure he pays the price for negligence; can you say the same about India.
