Nah, not at all. Tim Hortons is now owned by a Brazilian Corp and their cost reduction measures destroyed the coffee taste. I've moved on to other coffee stores. Tbh, McD has the best coffee according to me. Straight coffee, no bull . Starbucks is expensive but alright. Their hazelnut syrup tastes good but small cafes has it even better. I haven't  tried Dunkins yet.

My $2o coffee Maker brews decent coffee.

Thats what actually I am.

What actually happened? I own a convenince store (called as Off-License) in one British town which is 95% White dominated (actually very few towns are left with 80% White British people). There is a private Secondary school which only rich kids attend and a private Old-age Care home (again where rich old people live).

They kept asking for a Chocolate drink and quality Coffee. I did not want to compromise on Quality and instead of buying £100-500 machines, I purchased WMF 1400 series machine to provide the best experience.

Problem??? The move miserably failed. Could not sell more than 3-4 coffees and 2-3 chocolate drinks on a working day. We actually are not making losses but no tangible profits observed. Need to dispose off the unused milk (tank) everyday and buy cleaning tablets... plus power ... plus Shop space ... plus labour effort.....

What finally happened?? I pulled it off from the shop and installed at home. Bought Starbucks Columbian seeds and tried every other Starbucks and Lavzza flavours. Actually enjoying it now.

But every time I sip the coffee, I had to ask this question... do I actually deserve ..

This is like Sendraal Sir claiming he built Hi-Tech towers for poor kids..but in fact main beneficiaries are Ramoji, MuraliMohan and *neni, *pati families.

Can you not try "free coffee (one per person)" trick at your store?May be not everyday , but on days when footfall is low. Does it not boost sales of other items at your store? Food for thought 🤔
