They must be paying her good money irrespective of big or small movie. 

I think her craze is done. There was craze for her dances. e.g. Dhamaka was a hit only for that. Also none of her recent movies are hit. 

So may be producers thought, remuneration is waste, lets move on.

Seriously though, there was rumors that she is replaced for this movie since long.
