Builder gallu M kudipesaruuu construction quality… vinyl siding. Carpet flooring. Same cookie cutter houses in whole community. No big backyard nothing….Asalu wow anipincheee drawing factors asaluuu emi

levuuu. Double door fridge luuu $2000 worth… dish washer and microwave inko $1500 leee susukoniii santhoshinchaliiii…

Price tags emo chala ekkuvaa pedthhnnaru. Happy for my friends. 
To each their own but very sad situation from quality stand point.

Kanisam LVT kuda veyyatleee house mottham. Living room lo LVT. Bed rooms lo carpet…Backyards kuda chala Chinnaviiii. Basements ayithe forget it.

Already unnaru...only custom builts like below 10 houses atla. Oka patel gadu telguvallaki already setagopam kuda pettadu .

Nuv cheppevanni options kinda vasthay..basic istharu usual ga. LVP is a luxury upgrade. Oka 10 yrs back kuda same when it comes to flooring

someone reliable le. sellers market avdam valla....they are doing whatever they want. minimum standards kuda maintain cheyatam ledu.
