Totally depends on builders , some builders still have good construction with spacious lots , but they cost more.

Better to buy homes that are built around 2018 so that one is not missing a lot of bells and whistles.

Building quality during covid was very very bad. Remote kada ani especially south lo baga konnaru and builders ratelu penchi quality worst icharu.

Maa tella colleague is looking for house and specifically asked relator for house built before covid.

These days you get a basic house. Need to pay for all upgrades
