Anna , we can request what plan does he have . What sectors where he is generating revenues and distributing in schemes . If you can come with stats on this that will be helpful to understand

Ysr start chesina social welfare schemes… inka andaru penchukuntu povude…. Ye scheme theesedi ledu.. ysr started this new trend of taking loans and spending on welfare.. na relatives kontha mandi fake income certificates petti fees reimbursement thechukunnaru.. now they are ysr voters for life.. 

every term, they have to promise to double the pensions, increase the salaries, double the scheme amounts Etc etc etc… no going back on any of the schemes.. to get more name, they will start new schemes every term..
