I was able to make some good friends in the Apartment community, we are all thinking as a group to buy homes in Brand New sub division in Dawsonville GA. 

Builder is not offering any incentives or discount. 

We are group of 7 families. Builder said he will offer 20K incentive towards upgrades if we book 10 homes at time.

2. Unable to find affordable homes.
