manager must be new or not aware if policies. Many companies need one year minimum to claim FMLA. One of my coworker was 11 months 15 days and they denied. HR policies are tough to change .. so FMLA, you cant do anything ..

 

regarding relo amount, manager should be able to manage. 15k is peanuts for them .. you have two options .. try to convince your manager to take care of it. If he doesnt , then you can ideally ask his manager (skip level) for help but that will spoil your relationship with him .. decide what is best to you .. good luck and congrats in advance for the baby

No...I think you misunderstood. Right from starting loss of pay aduguthunna. Unpaid vacation should not be a big deal anukunnattunnadu manager anduke peddaga resistance ledu. Iklada point Unpaid vacation is absolutely NOT possible antunnaru. HR is saying per company policy we cannot give you unpaid vacation antunnaru.

for example standard vacation policy 2 weeks anukunte 10 working days, ante monthly ~0.8 vacation day accrue which amounts to ~2.4 days; atleast thats how my company calculates. nuvvu 1+yr vunte vere equation emo kaani join ayina within 3 months vacation days enni ostayi brother unless company policy is different

I think I got about 7.6 days.

ippatikaina all the things document chesukoo; like when HR mentions relocation istaru when you are rehired all that sorts.

If u have everything in written what ur mgr said, forward it to hr and you can even sue them. Else just pay back the relocation fee and move on.

imo its not just ur mgr fault. Ur at fault too. You did not even do basic research on how fmla, parenting leave works. Ippudu resign chesi malli rehire pedha comedy
