When the Naxal attack happened on CBN, YS immediately held a press meet and condemned it. 

Ysr condemned the attack and used it to portray that the law and order situation is very bad in the state… he did a big dharna in chittoor after the attack.. 

Some Congress leaders even said that the attack was staged to divert the attention from the stamp paper scam and to win in the elections..
