Anta Assamey Posted April 13, 2024 Report Posted April 13, 2024 Revanth Reddy, once a common man, rose to become a leader and swiftly ascended to the position of Chief Minister of Telangana State, defeating the formidable KCR and his TRS party. He was invited to Rajat Sharma's "Aap Ki Adalat" show, and the interview aired today. There was a question about Revanth Reddy's proficiency in Hindi, which was praised by Rajat Sharma. Explaining this, Revanth Reddy mentioned his desire to learn languages other than his mother tongue, and thus, he learned Hindi, as it is the national language. He also stated that due to his education in a Telugu-medium village school, he isn't fluent in English, making proficiency in Hindi necessary for parliamentary proceedings. Responding to this, Rajat Sharma remarked, "You may need Hindi even when you become the Prime Minister." Without hesitation, Revanth Reddy smiled and replied, "Who knows where destiny will take me, Sharma ji?" With this exchange, it is evident that Revanth Reddy's aspirations extend beyond the role of Chief Minister to include the dream of occupying the Prime Minister's chair one day. He didn't shy away from or attempt to downplay his ambition when the topic of the Prime Minister's chair arose. We have to see how Rahul Gandhi reacts to this! Quote
