Make high quality food. - Plan only certain qty of food. Like somthing that serves 100-200 people which you are confident to sell. Something that's done in 2-3 hrs. That's why I said pre-cooked food. Anyone getting into food business, all recipes should be theirs. If they rely on cooks, they are screwed.
