What are the merits you see for for each leader, what they have done to state (Jagan/CBN) and what they could bring to the table (Lokesh/Pawan).

Pavan - i don't see any merits 

CBN and Lokesh-  their pro-business name can be used to set up new business in state and increasing employment in private sector 

Jagan - Good at implementing welfare scheme's and he's somewhat trying to improve Govt schools and Hospitals
