Most of home owner got all time low interest on mortgage. 

Home Rents are also increased drastically.
So none will sell now,  at least they can get rents which covers their mortgage.

For Last few yrs, builders also kept their inventories to minimum as they are aware of high interest.

Yes bro last year! Prices started to go up little this year but inventory is still high. New construction good prices.. 15-20% reduction from top and incentives hawa still continuing for buy downs
