She asked for CBI probe right away when she got to know about the incident. CBI charge sheet supports that too. 

It may be possible that she may have her own interests and some people might be funding for their own interests, but to PIN the whole incident on her is ridiculous.

She asked for CBI probe after few months. When the incident happened, election code was already in force and after Jagan became CM, initiated SIT. After CBI took over the case, initial investigation did not result in any conclusion and it is then Sunitha again approached Supreme Court for enhanced investigation. This is when Ram Singh was appointed as IO and the case took an entirely new turn with allegations and new motives which eventually did not frame anyone for the murder. 

Sunitha threatened second wife, PA Krishna Reddy, Coerced the PA to lie, acted softly on the killer Dastagiri. The main reason why she was soft on the killer Dastagiri because the are one who hired the killer.

The son in law had issues concerning the properties, Infact the theory of heart atta k it was started by this gang in the first place and now acts as if they didn’t knew anything, hid the letter, Sunitha knew about the second wave as early as 2011 yet she lied she has no idea about this.
